Broken Roads Mental Health provides compassionate, comprehensive care for a wide range of mental health needs, with a strong focus on individualized treatment tailored to each person’s unique experiences and goals. Areas of specialty include support for older adults and seniors, trauma and PTSD, and sleep-related concerns such as insomnia. Care is also provided for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, and psychosis, along with challenges related to anger management, self-esteem, and life transitions.
 

Treatment is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Interpersonal Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, culturally sensitive care, and forensic-informed approaches when appropriate. This flexible, integrative style allows care to be adapted to each individual’s needs while maintaining a practical, goal-oriented focus. Medication management is also available when appropriate and is thoughtfully integrated with therapeutic support.
 

In addition, services extend to caregivers, individuals managing chronic illness, men’s mental health concerns, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. The practice also has a dedicated focus on supporting first responders and veterans, offering a safe and understanding space to process stress, trauma, and life experiences. The goal is to provide steady, collaborative care that supports lasting improvement in mental and emotional well-being.

Expected Personal Investment

  • In-Network with Medicare and Tricare only - No Commercial Plans. 

  • New Patient fee $299 - Includes 120-min visit, any copays/co-ins, and setup.

  • Self-pay/Cash-pay rates:

    • Pay-per-visit rate for Follow-up is $150/30 min - OR -

    • Monthly Membership ($225/mo) includes 3x 30-min follow-up visits/month.

  • All patients who pay monthly (whether it is the "Concierge" or "Membership" fee( receive the same High-quality level of care

  • Concierge fee - $125/month - Covers the services and time with the provider that Medicare and other coverages do not pay for - i.e. text communication with the provider after hours; extended appointment times; and same-day/urgently scheduled visit availability. This is available to patients with Original Medicare; Tricare; and select Insurance plans with Out-of-Network benefits. We are happy to verify this information for you. 

  • All patients are provided a Copy of these rates and services provided upon start of care.
